For this role you will be required to:

• Replenish the store.
• Serve customers at a till point.
• Work in a high-pace environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Answer customer questions to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean working environment.

As a part of the Merchandise Team, unfortunately, there will not be provision to see any part of the matches; this is because when the game is on the stores need to be replenished, as they are too busy to do so beforehand.

If you feel you can deliver a high standard of customer service alongside preparing the shop to maximise its selling potential whilst working under pressure, then please come along to our open morning.
