The charity will use Big Game 5 as a fundraising platform including the opportunity for supporters to make a donation when buying tickets via Ticketmaster. They will also receive a visit from players in the lead up to Christmas.
Katie Simmons, GOSHCC Senior Fundraising Manager said: 'Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity are delighted to be the beneficiary of Big Game 5. The support from Harlequins will help make a real difference for some of our most critically ill children and their families this Christmas. Good luck to the team from everyone at Great Ormond Street!'
David Ellis, Harlequins Chief Executive added: "This is a fantastic charity for us to be supporting at Big Game 5. We support a number of charities throughout the year and to be able to give something back to the community is very important to us. We're really looking forward to this year's event and to hopefully provide a large sum to the Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity."
