Harlequins are pleased to announce that Lawson, the rock/pop band and one of 2012's hottest break out bands will provide the match day entertainment at Big Game 5 on Saturday December 29th.
The band, who have previously sold out three headline tours, will play a number of songs pre-match and then perform again at half time, singing tracks from their debut album, Chapman Square, which charted at number four on the official charts this week.
Frontman, Andy Brown said: "We are so excited to be playing at Big Game 5 at Twickenham. We can't wait to perform in front of an 80,000 strong crowd and as big sports fans it should be a fantastic experience. We're all really looking forward to it."
David Ellis, Chief Executive at Harlequins added: "Securing Lawson as our entertainment for Big Game 5 is very exciting. They appeal to a younger audience than our usual supporters, so we hope to attract lots of families to what will be a festive feast of great rugby and musical entertainment at a wonderful venue."
Things are gearing up for Big Game 5 at Twickenham Stadium, with over 20,000 tickets already sold. Tickets are priced from just £10 for adults, making the occasion a great value day out for all the family over the festive period. The match kicks off at 2.15pm, for further information please visit www.thebiggame.co.uk
