See how the Etihad Airways', Fly With The Best, Train With The Best competition winners got on at their exclusive behind the scenes training day at Harlequins' training ground

Harlequins captain Chris Robshaw started his summer holiday in style with a round of golf with current world number two Rory McIlroy, former England cricket captain Andrew Strauss and Arsenal footballer Theo Walcott at Wentworth Golf Club today.

Harlequins will be represented at the Aviva Premiership Final by Bishop Perrin Church of England Primary School after helping local children improve their numeracy skills with the Tackling Numbers programme in partnership with MBNA.

Everything was pretty quiet here, the shops were open as normal and we had a BBQ instead of the traditional roast.

New Year's Eve was a pretty quiet affair, spent with my family. At midnight we watched the fireworks with some apple champagne. That too was different, but it was good to see in the new year with my family.

After the holiday period, things were back to normal and the rugby began. I started the week with a solid plan in mind. We have organised a rugby programme for the next six months which will include around 20 events from school tournaments to a ladies day.

The coming months are looking bright. We are quite quiet at the moment as it's the school summer holidays.

The adults and U17s are back next week and are looking forward to their first contact session with me.They have been training all through the holidays so i am looking forward to seeing them ready to go.

I finish of with big congratulations to the Harlequins for remaining at the top of the Aviva Premiership and qualifying for the Heineken Cup quarter-finals.
