Harlequins' Prop Will Collier talks you through the perfect line-out lift

After the welcome and the introduction to the agenda, the afternoon's first activity was an hour's session of rugby coaching which was delivered by the Hitz coaching team. All the guests participated in the session which they duly did with varying levels of success.
On completion of the rugby session, everybody undertook an indoor educational session which included two workshops (Anti Smoking and Crime Prevention). These courses were delivered by highly skilled individuals from the NHS and Metropolitan Police. Our young people responded very well to the workshops and the response to all the sessions has been very positive.
Throughout the afternoon the guests were tasked with identifying young people who had impressed them the most and the following won awards:
Tyrone Mascal - Fair Play award (for demonstrating all the core values)
Ryan O'Malley - Player of the day.
Mohamad Eid - Best performer (for consistently working hard throughout the afternoon)
