The J.P. Morgan Premiership Rugby 7s Cup took place at Old Reigations RFC on Saturday 18th May and was a day full of fast-running, thrilling rugby.

Bath enjoyed more field position after the break and with a stiff breeze at their backs took a 7-10 lead with a penalty. Momentum swung again with Bath reduced to 14 men for ten minutes for an off the ball incident. Harlequins took full advantage with captain James Chisholm crashing over from close range after a spell of concerted pressure.
The missed conversion gave Harlequins a narrow 12-10 lead. Bath, however, finished the game in the ascendancy with Harlequins also handicapped by a yellow card for Charlie Bramhall. Two excellent tries through their dangerous back line left a final score in Bath's favour of 12-22.
Although a disappointing final result, it has been a good experience seeing the U18s squad tested outside of their school / junior club environments throughout the season. The group have improved greatly over the number of fixtures both individually and collectively.
Harlequins would like to thank Paladin Capital for their support and sponsorship of the team during the course of the season.
