See how the Etihad Airways', Fly With The Best, Train With The Best competition winners got on at their exclusive behind the scenes training day at Harlequins' training ground

With the two sides battling it out for territory, it took 22 minutes for the first points to be put onto the scoreboard. Unfortunately for Quins, they went to the home side. A loose Quins ball was hacked on by winger Ian Humphreys just metres from his line. Sprinting after it, he ran the full length of the pitch with the ball at his feet. Even with Chisholm hot on his heels, the winger was not to be put off and, once over the try line, he fell on the ball for the try. Humphreys converted. 7-0
Ten minutes later, Ulster extended their lead with a Humphreys penalty, 10-0
With just two minutes of the half remaining, Quins hit back with a lovely running backs try. Powerful running from Monye, which saw a number of Ulster players brought in to bring him down, saw the ball picked up by Karl Dickson. The scrum half combined down the right wing with Turner-Hall and Chisholm, before finally offloading to Dickson who was not to be stopped. Evans's conversion hit the post. 10-5
Half time: 10-5
Just two minutes into the second half and Ulster extended their lead. The Ulster scrum-half, who had been causing problems for Quins all evening, put in a chip and chase to claim their second try. 17-5
Ulster continued to put on the pressure on Quins, but the visitors' defence held firm.
With two minutes left on the clock, Ulster flanker Willie Faloon drove his way over for the final try of the night. 22-5
