There are no changes to the side which beat Northampton Saints in the Aviva Premiership last weekend.

Among the replacements, Rob Buchanan comes in to provide cover at hooker, while George Lowe returns from injury and will look to make his first appearance since the 16th November.

For the second successive year Harlequins has sold out Twickenham Stadium for the Big Game. No general tickets will be on sale tomorrow. There are however a limited amount of £60 box tickets available and can be purchased by clicking here.

All those attending the match are advised to allow plenty of time for travel to Twickenham. In particular, spectators travelling from the west by car should be aware of road works on the A316 junction with Hospital Bridge Road that will cause delays.
