Prop Tim Fairbrother joined Harlequins in the summer of 2011 from the Western Force. Despite representing the All Blacks at age-group level, Fairbrother is eligible to play for both England and Australia through his grandparents. The 30 year-old made his first appearance in a Harlequins shirt when he started in the first pre-season friendly against Castres, but an injury ridden first season prevented him from regular involvement.
