Tommy Fuller joined Harlequins in 2008 as a ball boy for home games. In 2010, he was promoted to kit intern to assist the kit man on game days.

At the beginning of the 2012-13 season, Tommy was taken on as a full time Kit Technician. Tommy's roles include setting up the changing rooms on a match day, transporting the team's kit to away matches and setting up the training pitches during mid-week training.
