Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the item/s ordered, simply send them back to the address below:

Please ensure that you enclose a covering letter explaining the situation. We will be pleased to offer a full refund on any item/s that are returned in their original condition within 28 days with proof of purchase. Refunds will be credited to you in the original method of payment.

Sorry, but we are unable to offer a refund on goods returned in their original condition without proof of purchase. We may offer you gift vouchers or an exchange at the current selling price.

Despatch Policy

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability. Goods are normally despatched within 5 working days. If we are unable to send your order within 7 days, we will contact you with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

Prices and Tax

The prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling. The price you pay includes VAT (at 17.5%) for all deliveries. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.

The reproductions of colours are as accurate as photographic processes allow. The colours of the goods may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to variations and limitations of browser software and monitors.

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to any third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998.
