This system intends to make purchasing tickets easier for our supporters ensuring your journey to The Stoop for a match is as seamless as ever!
We have devised a number of FAQs to help with the E-ticket purchasing system, but if you do have any problems please don't hesitate to call us on 0208 410 6010.
Q) Why should I choose a Harlequins E-ticket?
A) Quite simply it's fast, convenient and provides customers greater control of their overall experience.
Q) When will the system be available?
A) E-Tickets will be available in the build up to the Worcester Warriors match.
Q) How does print at home work
A) When purchasing tickets the default method of fulfilment is "print at home ". Therefore this means your tickets shall automatically be attached to the confirmation email forwarded to your chosen email account unless indicated otherwise.
Q) If I purchase numerous tickets, how many emails will I receive?
A) A single PDF shall be attached to your confirmation email which includes all the purchased tickets.
Q) Do I need any specific software to print my E-tickets?
A) You shall require the following:
1. A printer
2. Adobe Acrobat reader version 4.0 or higher. This can be downloaded free by clicking here.
Q) What if I print more than one copy of the E-ticket?
A) As each ticket has an individual barcode which is scanned on entry, only the first copy shall be successful in gaining entry to the ground with all subsequent copies being rejected
Q) What happens if I purchase tickets over the phone?
A) Unfortunately print at home tickets are only available when purchased online, so physical tickets shall be distributed to all Members and supporters who book via telephone.
Q) What if I don't receive my confirmation email containing the E-tickets.
A) It is likely that the wrong email address is stored for you, however please call the Harlequins ticket office on 0208 410 6010 or email email@example.com.
Q) I'm a Member and bought my own seat for a knock-out cup game but didn't receive my print at home ticket.
A) Your ticket will be loaded onto your membership card as normal and you should have received an email to confirm your purchase without any ticket attachments.
