| Bring back RefLink |
We agree that Reflink adds value to the game.We have tested the quality of reception and are satisfied at the standard, however, we have identified interference with the frequency of the scoreboard at The Stoop and need to resolve this before we give the go ahead. |
| A big screen will be great for my enjoyment |
This has been high on the list of feedback for all our supporters and we are delighted to confirm the a big screen will be present at every home game which is televised. |
| I want visible pricing on all shop products |
We now have prices on most items in the shop. Our assistants are trained on all the prices so if you can't see the price, do ask. |
| It's boring at half-time you have no entertainment |
We're meeting up with the Harlequins Supporters Ambassadors to discuss match day entertainment amoungst other items and will be testing some new half-time entertainment in future games to come. |
| The PA system sounds awful - I can't hear it where I sit |
We have had the whle PA system surveyed and the faults have been diagnosed and corrected. The key faults were identified in the Etihad Stand and South Stand with both of these areas having been fixed now. |
| Why don't you sell Harlequins caps |
We've approved the designs for new Harlequins caps and these are scheduled to be launched in March with other new products |
| Speed up the service in the bars | We have been training our bar staff every week in customer service and technical skills. This is on-going and it will take time for our people to put what has been learned into practice. We're already seeing positive supporter feedback |
| We've started a pre-pour system in the bars and are rolling this out through all key areas to ensure this is consistent, which has started to speed up queues | |
| Improve your range of food | You now have an International Cuisine stall in between the South and LV= stand. This offers a vegetarian option linking to the cuisine of the week. We've had curry, Mexican and Oriental noodles. We've also bought Jolly Hog's mouth watering sausages and hog baps inside The Stoop. |
| Sort out the issue of pigeon excrement | We've pigeon proofed the stadium with netting and hired a kestrel as a bird of prey to deter their roosting |
| Get the toilets clean and fixtures fixed | All of the external toilets have had the floors painted, the locks replaced or fixed and all damaged loo roll holders replaced. |
|
Smooth out the pot holes from Craneford Way to Gate 3 |
We will be filling the pot holes in over the next couple of weeks |
| Put lighting in on the route out of Gate 3 to Craneford Way | While we are waiting on a permanent solution to this problem, we are using temporary lighting on this path. |
| Show me where all the facilities in the stadium are | We've designed a map showing the location of food, drinks and toilets. These will be sent out as an attachment in our email communication to you and placed in key areas of the stadium |
| Improve the range of products in the shop |
The shop has now ordered a range of different clothing in all sizes, ladies wear as well as improved accessories. We will order baseball caps for spring/summer and are focusing on winter wear at the moment |
| Get the state of the main car park sorted | We started improving the North car-park, however, due to unforseen circumstances, we've had a temporary delay. This is also the case with the pot holes on the path to Craneford Way. Resurfacing both front car parks is a priority for our stadium department. Please accept our apologies for this delay. |
| I want more offers on food and drink | We are building new food and drinks offers. We tested happy hour for all drinks bought at bars at the Biarritz game |
| Collecting tickets at the ticket office was atrocious with long queues | We have structured collections across five windows with assigned surname letters. All windows are also open for ticket sales. We're also opening the ticket office for half an hour after the game to buy tickets for future games. This has really reduced queues |
| Stewards don't seem to do much, I can't seem to find one when I need one |
We've bought our steward supervisors in-house so they get full training. We're training all stewards to make sure that supporters' days out are safe, enjoyable and trouble -free |
