FAQs and Enquiries

What is the new referral scheme?

We would like to reward our season ticket holders for referring a friend with a £25 gift voucher. Our referral offer will be available very shorty and will be communicated to all existing season ticket holders.

When will the brochures be available?

Season ticket brochures will be posted out within the next few weeks including all our package deals and Zebra payment plan form.

What is Zebra Finance and how does it work?

Zebra Finance provides a Direct Debit scheme over 10 months at 0% Finance to help out with your payments through the season and to help in the current economic climate.

Zebra Payment forms will be included in your brochure packs when they are posted out to you or you can download your form shortly online.

Please note there will be a £32 administration fee charged by Zebra Finance. The cost of the Season ticket is as seen on the Zebra Finance brochure and there are no other hidden costs.

Is Membership included with my Season Ticket?

Membership is included with Gold, Premier and Club categories. All Junior U16's season tickets will include the Mighty Quins membership which is back by popular demand.

Why has the Junior price changed from Under 21's to Under 16's?

With our new student package from £159 and more seats available in the £159 seating we felt this would still be a massive saving for over 16's.

However if you are an existing Under 21 Season Ticket holder you will be offered the Under 16's pricing. A letter will be sent to you with more details shortly.

What is the New Premier concession seating and why has the Club South been removed?

There are a limited amount of Premier concession seats available and can only be booked by calling the ticket office on 0208 7444477.

Club South was an introduction price for the re-categorisation in the South Stand, this has expired for this season and will be the same price as Club in the East and West stands.

My seat has been re-categorised with an increase in cost?

As an existing Season Ticket holder you will be given a reduced price which will allow you to keep your existing block and seat. A letter will be with you shortly with more detail.

How do I book one of your new ticket packages?

Our new ticket packages will be on sale from Monday 16th April. Currently this can only be booked over the phone and cannot be booked online. Please call a member of the ticketing team on 0208 7444477 or email us at customer@quins.co.uk and we will contact you with more information.

When is the renewal date deadline?

The renewal date deadline will be Friday 27th June. After this date all tickets will be on generic sales.
