The capacity of the stadium and related facilities will be enhanced for the quarter-final. Discussions are well advanced to increase the seating capacity to over the 15,000 required by ERC regulations through the installation of temporary seating.
Tickets for the match will go on sale online only on Monday (4th Feb) exclusively for three days to all of the club's Gold and Premier season ticket holders due to the limited availability in their areas. From Thursday 7th Feb, the club's season ticket holders will have a two week priority booking period. Every season ticket holder will be guaranteed one ticket and those without internet access will be contacted directly. Following this window, season ticket holders can purchase additional tickets subject to availability. Again this will be solely online.
From 18th February supporters who have previously bought tickets to Harlequins home games will receive an email communication from the club with a booking form to be completed and returned to heinekencuptickets@quins.co.uk. Tickets requested in this way will be allocated before going on general sale.
Subject to availability tickets will then go on general sale on Friday 22nd February at 9am.
"Given that the club has to allocate tickets to the tournament organizer, its sponsors and the opposition, there are less than 9,800 tickets available for Harlequins own purposes," said Mr Ellis. "With 8,200 season ticket holders, Debenture Club holders and Executive Club members, there will unfortunately be very few tickets available for general sale."
Supporters should monitor the club's website www.quins.co.uk and social media channels regularly for information. Any quarter-final ticketing queries should be emailed to: heinekencuptickets@quins.co.uk.
Please note existing packages may not be available.
