Twickenham showpiece one of six contenders for Sports Business Awards prize on 31st May

Harlequins’ Big Game 11, the Club’s festive fixture played at Twickenham, has been nominated for the Sports Business Awards’ Event of the Year.

December’s Big Game, where a sell-out 82,000 crowd watched Harlequins beat Wasps in a crucial Gallagher Premiership clash, is up against the BT Sport Pub Cup, Ride Across Britain, the Glasgow 2018 European Cycling Championships, Lancashire Lightning v Yorkshire Vikings T20 cricket and the Hockey Women’s World Cup.

The ceremony will take place in central London on Friday afternoon, 31st May.
