How can I earn Reward points?

When we are able to welcome supporters back to The Stoop, points can be earned by attending matches, utilising Ticket Forward and Ticket Resale, arriving early for a match, purchasing food and drink using your Membership card and answering weekly questions on the My Stoop Portal. You can also earn reward points by using your new Membership card at affiliate online and high street retailers and looking out for exclusive voucher codes on our Quins TV and social media videos.

To thank our longer term Season Ticket Members, we will also be providing a welcome boost of points to all our Members who have been with the Club for over 5 and 10 consecutive seasons.

Membership cards must be activated for payment to enable spending at The Stoop or at high street and online retailers. Learn more at

*Use of the card for payments is subject to Barclays eligibility requirements and T&Cs but Season Ticket Members do not need to be an existing Barclays customer. You can pay for goods and services with your prepaid membership card wherever you see the Visa sign, online and in-store. To activate your membership card for Pingit for Clubs you must be 16 or older and a UK resident who is solely resident in the UK for tax purposes. A UK personal current account is required to register for Pingit for Clubs. If you choose not to activate your card for payment, your membership card will still provide access to your club. Barclays will share data with the points provider to enable them to allocate these reward points. T&Cs apply.

What can I spend Reward points on?

Visit to see what reward items are available in the Marketplace. Redeem items using your points or put them towards Auction items for a chance to win some amazing prizes.  Reward items and experiences will be added throughout the season so keep checking back to see what’s available!

How do I collect Rewards items?

As soon as we are allowed to welcome supporters back to The Stoop on a matchday, Season Ticket Members will be able to collect redeemed Rewards items from the Quinformation trailer in the South West Corner. In the meantime, items can be collected from the Club store Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm. Please ensure you bring your confirmation email if you have one and your name/Supporter Number when collecting.

What happens to my Rewards points from the current season?

We realise that our Season Ticket Members didn’t have as much opportunity to earn or spend Quins Rewards points due to the changes to the 2020/21 season. Therefore, as we did for this season, we will be looking to carry forward a proportion of Season Ticket Member points into the 2021/22 season for renewing Members. In a normal season, all Quins Rewards points are wiped on 30th June each year.
