Your new Season Ticket Membership card

Sunday, 1st November 2020 @ 21:02

Your new Membership card will allow you to earn reward points away from The Stoop

We are hugely excited to announce a ground-breaking new partnership with Barclays and Fortress to bring to you a new and enhanced payment Membership card! Through enhanced payment capabilities, replacing the Club’s retired eCash system, the new prepaid Membership cards can now be used to spend online, outside the ground as well as at The Stoop - wherever there is a VISA sign*.

On top of this, we have partnered with a number of well-known online and high street retailers, giving Season Ticket Members the opportunity to earn Quins Rewards loyalty points outside of matchdays and access money-can’t-buy Harlequins experiences and Club merchandise so you can earn even more Quins Rewards points as you spend!

Once activated, Season Ticket Members over the age of 16 will be able to quickly and easily top-up funds via their mobile device or tablet through an app, using Barclays’ Pingit technology. Members do not need to be Barclays customers to use the payment functions on the card.

You activate your card using four simple steps. Login to your My Stoop portal for more information and to see a full list of our affiliate retailers where you can earn Quins Reward points.

If you choose not to activate your card for payment, don’t worry, you can still use it to access The Stoop on a matchday, however you won’t be able to use the card to spend either at The Stoop or outside the ground.

*Card Activation required. T&Cs apply.

We are very excited to have already partnered with a number of well-known affiliates  where you can earn Quins Rewards points with more coming throughout the season. Shop online or in-store using your Membership card and track your Reward point balance at mystoop.quins.co.uk.
